You and Your Survivors Workbook

The summer 2001 mailing of ON GUARD included the latest edition of You and Your Survivors:  A Workbook, a guide especially designed for FSNA members and their families to help them with estate planning and with the winding up of an estate.

This workbook has sections to complete and revise as situations change so that when needed, those who look after our members’ affairs will have helpful information to make their task easier. It should be reviewed at least once each year. To facilitate this task, the forms included in the workbook are made available at the following locations:
