Our members who are in receipt of a federal retirement pension will receive their benefits under one of the following pension acts (conditions may apply).  Please follow the links to obtain more details on each Act.

Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA)

The Public Service Superannuation Act is an Act to provide for the superannuation of persons employed in the Public Service of Canada.  Click here to view the complete PSSA.
 
The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) and Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) offer a Web site for both active and retired federal public service pension and benefits plan members. Canadian Forces Superannuation Act (CFSA)

This Act governs the payment of pensions, indexing of pensions as well as Supplementary Death Benefits for Canadian Forces members and their dependants. Click here to view the complete CFSA.

Director Canadian Forces Pension Services is responsible for administering pension, release and survivor benefits on behalf of the Department to Canadian Forces members, retirees and families.  Click here to visit their Web site.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act (RCMPSA)
