FSNA Strategic, Business and Operational Plans 2012-2014 – Achieving Our Vision Together (PDF)

This document provides the background on the National Board of Directors’ strategic planning. It introduces their business plan, based on an analysis of FSNA’s external and internal environments as an organization and as a management team; it presents the most significant elements of our business and strategic orientations; and finally an analysis of our governance activities. The committees that are in place have also worked on developing action plans to help achieve our goals. These are included in the document. The board's plan is complemented by the Operational Plan prepared by the National Office that will form the basis of upcoming budgets.
