Pensioners' benefits/entitlements
Federal retirees who have made contributions to their respective superannuation plan while employed will receive their pension benefits (certain conditions may apply) under one of the following Superannuation Acts:
- Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA)
- Canadian Forces Superannuation Act (CFSA)
- Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act (RCMPSA)
- Judges Act
In addition federal retirees are also eligible (certain conditions may apply) to receive retirement health and dental coverage under the following plans:
- Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP)
- Pensioners' Dental Services Plan (PDSP)
All retired persons (certain conditions may apply) can receive the following retirement benefits during their retirement years:
