Registration Instructions

General
By completing the on-line registration form, you will be pre-registered at the hotel as well as for the Congress. Walk-ins may not be able to be accommodated.

Registration will not be finalized until verified by the National Office and any applicable payment has been received.

Deadline for Registration/Payment
To facilitate registration, participants are required to register on-line no later than Monday, May 15, 2008.

Sponsored participants, observers, and spouses must fill out the form of their corresponding status.

Official participants with voting rights: current members of the National Board of Directors and the president of each FSNA branch (or his/her authorized representative).

Participants without voting rights: national directors elect, regional services officer, provincial advocacy officers, and departing deputy regional directors.

The five congress meals are automatically included in the sponsored participants' registration.

2. Observers and spouses, click here.
Observers are usually branch officers who are attending for information and educational purposes. Observers and spouses will be charged the full cost of any meals taken at Congress '08 and must indicate their choice of meals on the registration form.

 

2008 Annual General Meeting

The Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 8 July 2008, in conjunction with the Association’s First Annual Congress taking place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 101 Lyon Street, in Ottawa. Time to be announced later.

The agenda consists solely of three items: the approval of the minutes of the 2007 AGM, the auditor’s report on the financial statements, and the appointment of an auditor for the year 2008.
