Bylaws and Regulations

These Bylaws and Regulations relate to the transaction of the business and affairs of the FSNA – ANRF, in Canada and internationally in accordance with Canadian law.

FSNA By-Laws (PDF)

The by-laws were adopted by the Annual General Meeting held on the 27th and 28th of June 2011. They were approved by Industry Canada on July 12, 2011.

FSNA Regulations (PDF) 

The 2011 Annual General Meeting ratified these regulations, but referred Regulation I to the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee for review.
